超导电路：30 nm 是互连线宽。Superconducting circuits: 30 nm refers to wire width.
imec 9 月 7 日公布三金属层 NbTiN 约瑟夫森结电路，并展示线宽缩至 30 nm 的超导布线。这里的 30 nm 是互连尺寸，不能写成结尺寸或整机计算性能；报道中的系统应用仍属于研发方向。On September 7, imec reported three-metal-level NbTiN Josephson-junction circuits and superconducting routing down to 30 nm linewidth. That number describes wiring, not junction size or computer performance. System applications remain research directions.
绿色制造：替代方案需要真实工艺验证。Sustainable fabrication: validate alternatives in realistic processes.
Fraunhofer 9 月 1 日介绍 GENESIS 项目：研究减排、关键材料替代和回收，并利用 IPMS 的 200/300 mm 洁净室评估工艺。这是研发计划和验证路径，不能据此宣称已经达到某个量产减排比例。Fraunhofer’s September 1 update describes GENESIS research on emissions, critical-material substitution and recycling, with process evaluation in IPMS 200/300 mm cleanrooms. It outlines R&D and validation, not an achieved production-wide reduction percentage.

单一数字不能替代验证条件。A number needs its validation context.
我们的工艺观察：比较互连方案时，先核对测量对象与工作温度；评估材料或气体替代时，则需要约定对照样品、图形质量与器件测试。两类工作都适合把“改了什么、怎么测、何时判定通过”写在同一页。Our process note: compare interconnects using a defined measurement object and operating temperature. For material or gas substitutions, agree on control samples, pattern quality and device tests. Record the change, measurement method and acceptance stage together.
项目准备提醒Project Prep
给每项指标配一个验收方法。Pair each metric with an acceptance method.
提交需求时写明材料与膜层、目标线宽/间距、样品尺寸、工作环境，以及 SEM 或电学测试的验收方式。涉及工艺替代，另列原流程、允许改动项和待验证风险。微纳Hub 可协助梳理工艺路线与资源匹配。List materials and layers, target linewidth/spacing, sample dimensions, operating conditions and SEM or electrical acceptance methods.
