This is ecosystem context, not proof that a material stack, patterning layer or package interconnect has completed tool matching, window learning and customer-specification confirmation.

It is a public material-route demonstration; reusable processing still needs lot-by-lot evidence for coat/develop uniformity, dose-focus window, defects, etch selectivity, CD/line-edge roughness, failure modes and later thermal-budget compatibility.
