谁适合先来聊聊Who Should Start Here

  • 有微纳结构想法，但不确定该找哪类工艺资源。Teams with a micro/nano structure idea but uncertain routing.
  • 已有版图或样品，需要判断能不能加工和风险在哪里。Projects with layouts or samples that need feasibility review.
  • 需要把需求整理清楚，再对接加工公司、平台或供应商。Requests that need clear communication before supplier matching.

我会先看什么What I Check First

  • 目标结构、关键尺寸、加工面积和样品数量。Target structure, critical dimensions, area and quantity.
  • 基底、膜层、前道状态、清洗和兼容性限制。Substrate, films, incoming state, cleaning and compatibility.
  • 检测方式、验收标准、交付形式和期望周期。Metrology, acceptance criteria, deliverables and schedule.

  • 推荐优先沟通的工艺路线和资源类型。Recommended process route and resource type.

沟通原则Communication Rule

少一点“我们都能做”，多一点“这个条件下怎么做”。Less "we can do everything", more "how this can work under these constraints".

“微纳加工”不是一张通用门票。电子束直写、光刻、刻蚀、镀膜、键合、减薄、压印、测试，各有脾气。把需求拆清楚，才知道该敲哪扇门。Micro/nano fabrication is not one universal ticket. EBL, lithography, etch, films, bonding, thinning, imprint and testing all have their own temper. Clear requests tell us which door to knock on.
