DXF 转 GDS,不只是换个文件后缀。DXF to GDS is not just a filename change.

很多微纳加工、掩膜版和光刻需求从 CAD 图开始,但加工端通常更需要 GDS/OASIS。真正容易出错的是单位、线条闭合、layer 映射、top cell、圆弧离散、文字对象和最小线宽是否符合工艺窗口。Many fabrication and mask requests start as CAD files, but the fabrication side usually needs clean GDS/OASIS with units, layers and polygons verified.

已有 DXF/DWG、机械 CAD 图、掩膜图草稿、微流控通道、电极窗口、MEMS 开口或周期结构,需要转成加工方可检查的 GDS。For DXF/DWG, CAD mask sketches, channels, electrode windows, MEMS openings or arrays that need fabrication-ready GDS.

先准备什么Prepare First

原始 DXF/DWG、目标单位、每个 layer 的工艺含义、关键尺寸、总面积、对准 mark、材料堆栈,以及一张 PDF/PNG 总览图。Original CAD file, units, layer meanings, CD, total area, marks, material stack and an overview screenshot.

常见风险Common Risks

毫米和微米混用、开放线条被当作无宽度对象、文字没转多边形、圆弧过粗或过密、层名丢失、top cell 选错。Unit mismatch, open curves, text objects, arc discretization, missing layer names and wrong top cell selection.
